- If you use AI itinerary features, your input text may be sent to an AI provider to generate results.

Depending on which features you use, we may process the following categories of information:
- Usage & device data — pages viewed, clicks, searches, approximate location (city-level), device/browser info, and diagnostic logs (e.g., IP address, timestamps).
- Cookies / local storage — language preference cookies, short-lived identifiers for security/abuse prevention, and session-related data. (If you sign in, an auth token may be stored in the browser.)
- Account & profile (if applicable) — email, nickname, and other minimal information required to provide membership-based features.
- User content (if applicable) — posts, comments, likes, or other content you submit.
- AI itinerary inputs (if you use AI features) — text you enter such as travel preferences, schedules, budgets, or place selections used to generate an itinerary.
- Support inquiries — information you send via email (and any details needed to respond).
- To provide and operate the service (pages, maps, search, recommendations).
- To improve ranking, search quality, and user experience.
- To prevent abuse, spam, and fraud, and to keep the service secure.

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it. Electronic records are deleted in ways designed to make recovery difficult.
